Treatments can include prescribing analgesic  or anti-inflamatory medications or muscle relaxants, exercise programmes, referral to allied health professionals such as physiotherapists or surgey to address herniated discs, back or neck injury issues. 

Herniated disc is a back pain related issue often dealt with my medical practitioners. Medical treatments for herniated disc can include medications, spinal decompression therapy  (this is often performed using traction equipment) and, in some cases, surgery.
